Job Description SS&C Innovest, a leading provider of Trust Accounting and Payment Solution software, is looking for an Operations Analyst to join its HelpDesk Team. The focus of this position will be centered on supporting clients of InnoTrust, our flagship ‘Software as a Service’ Trust Accounting and Wealth Management platform. Job Description The Help Desk is the first line of support for InnoTrust users. The Help Desk assists clients via a web-based ticket application, and on the phone as needed, to ensure day to day needs are met. Additional Help Desk responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide support to InnoTrust application end users Research, document, and track client reported issues to ensure a timely resolution Act as a liaison between clients and our custodian partner Research and resolve trade, corporate action, and cash issues Create and run reports, queries, and data integrity updates using SQL Automate solutions with Powershell scripts Document and modernize internal procedures Daily file, cash recon, and other reporting Perform additional job-related duties as required Occasional coverage on a weekend for code releases Qualifications Client focused mindset for resolving issues and communicating solutions Strong analytical/problem solving capabilities Understanding of Financial Markets/Securities Industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of SQL preferred Comfortable working with data on different servers Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly Basic knowledge of Powershell preferred Must be able to function with minimal supervision and prioritize work assignments Experience and Credentials Bachelors Degree Preferred 3 years of financial related experience working in a similar service role within a Financial institution or software company Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
