JOB OVERVIEW
The role of a Client Relations Associate II (CRA II) is vital in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service to financial advisors. This position entails providing Tier I and Tier II technical training and software support, as well as assisting with advisor transactions and resolving issues promptly. The CRA II also plays a key role in maintaining effective communication with advisors, internal teams, and external vendors, while contributing to various projects and providing backup support as needed. Additionally, this role involves coordinating fee management and performance reporting, handling escalated issues, and actively seeking solutions to enhance advisor and client experiences.

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
