Provides Quality Assurance and Quality Control in day to day I & E maintenance activities, and also during Turnaround or Project throughout the refinery and or chemical plants. Key role and responsibilities include:

• Control and preform all types Planning and inspection on Instrument & Electrical equipment
• Maintain records
• Experience with field installations and design walk downs including P&ID updates
• Solid understanding of instrument and electrical specification usage and project specification development
• Perform and document maintenance, calibration, installation, fault diagnosis, and repair of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic instruments and systems
• Calibrate, troubleshoot and repair plant instrumentation i.e., transmitters, analyzers, control valves, switches, relays, etc.
• Inspect, repair and remove all types of generators, transformers, switches, control equipment, wiring, electrical signal and communication systems, and storage batteries, and work with electrical systems
• Maintain files, logs and drawings for all designated instrumentation and electrical equipment
• Maintain instrumentation and electrical spare parts inventory to maintain plant reliability
• Assist with quality control program and data recording
• Manage process improvement on project and turnaround
• Analyze data and detect problems or trends and manage appropriately
• Follow specs and guidelines set forth by client and agency
• Develop work scope and estimate jobs
• Build Packages- Developing detailed plans to accomplish the scope of work for a given area or areas
• Enter Material In SAP

• 5 years experience
• Must have extensive understanding of construction, maintenance, and turnaround practices
• Must have strong knowledge of P&ID's, Loop Drawings
• Must have extensive knowledge with estimating standards and tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, specifically MS Word and Excel
• Proficiency with SAP is recommended.
• Experience and Knowledge in IPS
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of estimating Instrumentation and Electrical equipment repairs
