This full-time role is located at our Nashville, IL office. As a Staffing Specialist at ISS, you'll play a crucial role in matching skilled candidates with our esteemed clients, making you an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to determine suitability for open positions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements, including job specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating communication and managing expectations on both sides.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit with client needs.
• Administer assessments or tests as needed to evaluate candidate skills and competencies.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, managing scheduling and logistics.
• Assist with onboarding processes, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to staffing and employment practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, including resumes, applications, and interview notes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and confidentiality.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
• Generate reports and analysis to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
• Able to multi-task and detail oriented.
• Highly dependable and able to work Sunday through Thursday 10pm – 7 am.
• Experience working on 3rd shift preferred but not required.
