Job Summaries:

• Trims/Flames excess flash from molded parts.
• Adds additional components as required by product or customer specifications.
• Visually Inspects all parts for defects based on customer quality standards.
• Adds foam or other part protective devices per procedure.
• Places finished parts on a work in process rack to be taken to next operation.
• Tags all products using proper identification label.
• Performs 5S audits at workstation on regular basis.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area, performs safety audits.
• Participates in department meetings.
• Completes documentation of activities as required.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• 2nd and 3rd Shift available.
• Earn $18.41-18.91 per hour to start and up to $23 per hour after 90 days with added excellent benefits upon full time hire!

Requirements for:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Must possess good teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to at least meet the physical demands as defined by the current production requirements and the job function evaluation.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment using personal protective equipment and safety precautions.
• Must maintain an acceptable attendance record and works overtime as required.
