Position Summary:
As an Industrial Maintenance Repairer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure within our client's facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to install, maintain, and repair various systems to uphold operational efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections and testing of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Listen for abnormal sounds or operational variations to diagnose malfunctions and discuss findings with supervisors or maintenance team members.
• Dismantle defective machinery and equipment for repair or replacement of parts.
• Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of mechanical components to prevent wear and ensure optimal performance.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, transformers, and electronic components.
• Assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, including repair and replacement of valves, gauges, and related components.
• Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment, including structural repairs and fabrication of necessary components.
• Utilize machine tools such as lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines for the repair and fabrication of machine parts and tools.
• Operate cutting torches and welding equipment for metal cutting and joining tasks.
• Fabricate and repair wooden structures, counters, benches, and partitions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Degree or one-year certificate from a college or technical school in Industrial Maintenance is required.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including machinery repair and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and priorities.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Regularly required to stand and use hands for handling equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling may be required.
• Work environment may include exposure to loud noise levels.
