Position Details (Machine Operator):

• Operate forming equipment to produce a variety of pasta or Asian products within customer and company specifications.
• Will be trained to operate equipment required to mix ingredients, mix dough, form the product, evaluate product conformance to specifications and adjust machine controls as needed to ensure desired characteristics are met.
• Loading and unloading fixtures.
• Performing routine visual and gauge inspections.
• Running designated processes in your assigned area.
• Maintaining productivity at 90%.
• Completing operator maintenance and quality checks.
• Maintaining clean and organized machine and work area.
• Filling out labor tickets, work order sheets, and non-conforming tags accurately.
• Performing secondary operations as assigned.
• Second Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm (Could be drafted to come in early or late).
• Third Shift: 11:00pm- 7:00am
• Monday – Friday with the possibility of mandatory overtime.
• Earn up to $22.50/HR.

Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must have 3 to 5 years of general Manufacturing experience for Machine Operator positions.
• A High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must possess computer literacy that corresponds with line and equipment operation.
• Experience in a food manufacturing plant operating food manufacturing equipment is required.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts to calculate weights, percentages, etc.
• Good communication skills (reading, writing and verbal) are to interface with co-workers, Team Leaders, and Managers
• Must be willing to work as part of a team; also, self-motivated, and able to work with little supervision.
