Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a qualified 3^rd Shift Assistant Onsite Manager to add to our internal team. This full-time position is based in Nashville, IL. Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Responsibilities:Communicate with client and team members professionally.
Address employee concerns immediately.
Data entry documentation into our HRIS system.
Assist with phone screens and making placements for the client.
Process hiring paperwork for new employees placed on assignment with client.
Process Workman’s Comp paperwork and investigations.
Able to do floor walks in a manufacturing environment multiple times a shift.

Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
Able to multi-task and detail oriented.
Highly dependable and able to work Sunday through Thursday 10pm – 7 am.
Flexible schedule and able to work overtime as needed.
Experience working on 3^rd shift preferred but not required.
