We are on the hunt for a seasoned Vice President of Franchise Operations. You will have the opportunity to take our Franchise growth to the next level as you develop and lead both the strategy and tactical execution of our emerging franchise operations. In this pivotal role, you will uphold our brand by ensuring we stay true to our mission of providing turnkey quality products and services to our clients across all franchise locations. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Franchise Leadership & Operational Expertise: Build out and execute strategic and tactical operational strategies with meticulous oversight, guaranteeing the brand promise of superior products and services is fulfilled by the franchisees.
Franchisee Training & Onboarding Excellence: Direct the creation of informative, relevant, and scalable training materials and programs to ensure franchisees start strong.
Franchisee Leadership, Support & Development: Serve as a key liaison between corporate and franchisees, developing processes to provide comprehensive on-going support, training, and resources to ensure their continued success.
Brand Integrity & Compliance: Lead by example in upholding and refining operational standards, ensuring a cohesive identity and secure compliance across all franchises.
Innovative Growth Initiatives: Courageously drive expansion, positioning our company at the forefront of potential market opportunities. Work closely with the appropriate teams to develop financial models, budgeting, and forecasting for franchise growth initiatives. Collaborate with marketing to create and implement effective marketing and branding campaigns to promote franchise opportunities and attract potential franchisees.
Analytical Oversight: Use insightful analyses of financials, feedback, and KPI'S to guide strategic enhancements and cultivate best practices.
Inside Operations: Support core business operations by assisting with structuring and organizing key components.
