JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a reliable Customer Implementation Specialist in Frisco, TX. This position presents incredible opportunity with the potential for growth. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Having knowledge of accounting principles, utility billing systems, and payment processing methods is a plus. This is a temp to hire position and the goal is long term employment. JOB DUTIES
- Resolution of discrepancies with client bills and invoices
- Pulling, organizing, managing e-bills from utility providers for your clients
- Managing email traffic associated with customer’s utility bills (incoming bills, notifications, payment receipts) and routing to appropriate personnel.
- Auditing of online accounts to ensure meter and address accuracy with our online system.
- Data entry of provider bills into CRM/Salesforce, ECAP for UBP, and other verticals
- Review, package, and prepare a shipment of invoices to scanning company.
- Knowledge of Accounting systems and how they work.
- Contact utility provider for various requests for information and account updates.
- Manage and distribute invoice files to data entry team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Some Accounting knowledge
- Demonstrate strong organization and communication (written and verbal) skills coupled with a team-oriented, positive approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize goals, and be detail oriented.
- Self-starter, interested in career growth opportunities.
- Desire to be part of a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Data Entry: 2 years (Required)
- Customer support: 2 years (Required)
