Construction Dispatcher

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is looking for an Construction Dispatcher to join our team. The Construction Dispatcher will provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team. This role is focused on supporting the following departments: Logistics, Construction, and Service. The Construction Dispatcher must be detail focused, a problem solver, and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is a premier custom design build contractor for industrial refrigeration systems, providing design, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and service in-house.

Job Role: The Construction Dispatcher will provide project & administrative support to the Director of Construction.

Key Duties:

• Provide support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
• Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
• Manage internal databases with a high level of integrity
• Assist in travel coordination for Construction & Service teams
• Manage logistics of company merchandise to field teams
• Assist in fleet management for company vehicles
• Assist in managing company licensure and ensuring deadlines are maintained
• Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• 3 years’ of experience in an administrative support role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment with changing business needs
• Strong ability to multi-task and support multiple projects and initiatives at once
• Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently & be proactive about projects
• Organized, detail focused and proven problem solving capabilities.
