Innovative Minds is Hiring a Testing Center Administrator Near El Paso, TX

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Room Preparation: The Testing Center Administrator plays a crucial role in setting up the testing environment.
  • Identification Verification: Verify the identification of examinees before they begin testing and assist them in finding their designated seats.
  • Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor students during test sessions to ensure a secure and fair testing environment.
  • Test Material Management: Assist in the distribution and collection of test materials, maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
  • Demographic Support: Provide support to examinees in completing demographic information before commencing the test.
  • Irregularity Reporting: Report any suspected irregularities promptly to the testing coordinator.
  • Admission Control: Manage the admission of individuals into and out of the testing room.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records by filling out necessary paperwork for various exams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess basic computer troubleshooting skills to address technical issues that may arise.
  • Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the testing center.

Requirements:

-Must be willing and able to pass a felony background check.
