Summary/Objective
The Installer will assist with the onsite-project duties for the Installation Division of Innovative Metal Industries from preconstruction throughout project closeout. Projects will encompass multiple divisions of Innovative Metal Industries. It is understood that Innovative Metal Industries contracts projects nationally and travel will be required.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Graduate/GED and/or combination of education and experience
3-5 years’ experience in a construction environment preferred
SUPERVISION
Position reports directly to the Department Manager and is under his/her general direction.
TRAVEL
Travel is required for this position.

Communicates effectively in both oral and written communications. Communicates with people outside the Company, representing the Company to customers, the public and other external sources. Communicates with supervisor, peers and other Company staff working as part of a team contributing to Company goals.
REASONING ABILITY
Must be able to work with either verbal and/or written direction to produce an acceptable work product with minimal supervision. Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw conclusions drawing upon experience, research, and input from peers. This position may perform multiple job tasks daily.
