Title: Technical/Admin Specialist (Help Desk)
Primary Location: The Pentagon
Responsibilities:

• Provide help to users through the maintenance and upgrading of Desktop or Server hardware/software.
• Troubleshoot and correct any problems associated with the use of equipment and software.
• Determines if user needs to interact with advanced technical personnel for problem solution.

• Associates 1-year work experience or 3 years work experience
• IAT Level I A /Net /Linux desired
• Clearance, with the ability to obtain SCI
