JES Restaurant Equipment is hiring a full-time Sales / Customer Service Associate in Greenwood, SC.
The Sales/Customer Service Associate supporting our clients around the country and the world! As a sales specialist, you will be assisting existing and prospective customers by phone, email, chat, and text. The Sales/Customer Service associate will work from either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm M-F.

Sales/Customer Service Associate Experience Requirements:

• A superb ability to multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel.
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Prior experience in foodservice industry preferred

Sales and Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, text, or chat and help complete their sales orders in a prompt and timely fashion.
• Process orders received online and by phone.
• Work directly with vendors regarding orders and other needs.
• Work toward sales goals and targets
• On-Site education and training on products being sold to end users.
