• Daily Huddle (10 minute) each morning by 7:30 a.m. each weekday with team.
• Overseeing and Training Fabricators
• Manage Fabrication and CNC operator(s) employees including directing work activities, prioritizing projects, scheduling, time approval.
• Prioritize and assign project work for team according to project due dates.
• Attend all the Put to Work meetings for complex jobs or when needed.
• Review approved complex and large project drawings with team members to ensure understanding prior to fabrication process.
• Assign tasks to fabrication helpers per project in EP.
• Working to resolve fabrication or production problems and emergencies as they arise.
• Schedule and coordinate rush orders and assign to fabrication team, by project due date.
• Train team members on fabrication methods, processes, and machines.
• Establish and enforce safety standards for Fabrication production.
• Assist and Fabricate to ensure deadlines are met.

• Ensure the fabrication the quality of custom displays, corporate interiors, crates using manufacturing and woodworking tools and machines.
• Ensure all cut materials are done in accordance to approved drawings, as needed.
• Ensure that any damaged custom rentals and client property is repaired and cleaned
• Modify custom exhibits per client specifications using manufacturing and woodworking tools and machines
• Ensure that Fabricators review approved drawings with Project Manager, Detailers, Art department to ensure projects meet client specifications
• Ensure that the fabrication equipment is maintained and in proper working conditions
• Ensure the shop is clean at all times and that wood and materials are stored in the proper location when shipments arrive or as needed.
• Monitor fabrication area and processes to ensure safety requirements are in place and resolve when needed.
• Create cut list for crates using dimensions.
• Cutting and assembling crates using cut list to ensure safe shipping.
• Ensure that damaged or defective crates are repaired when fabricators are using woodworking tools and machines.
• Clean Fabrication area daily to ensure safe production standards are met.
• Organize Fabrication area and supplies as needed to ensure safe production standards are met.
• Maintain inventory of materials

• Daily Huddles (10 minute) each morning by 8:00 a.m. each weekday with team review projects and due dates.
• Ensure the paint crew has obtained stamped and approved drawings prior to starting a job including the color(s) approved from PM.
• Daily stock and materials maintained daily to perform jobs.
• Ensure upcoming projects are completed by due dates.
• Address escalated issues as needed.
• Ensure hours are codes are recorded and correct in EP.

• Work with Install team to support project installs, as needed
• Perform in-house staging of exhibits to ensure quality and dimensions are met, according to approved drawings

• Regular review of emails and requests, prioritizing work as needed
• Attend put to work, L10, and company meetings as scheduled
• Entering time into EP daily
• Request materials order needed for projects
• Work with Estimators to calculate fabrication times.
• Daily Project Status Report provided to Director of Manufacturing by end of the day.
• Review hours and codes to ensure correct in EP.
• Ensure User Tickets are recorded and charged to the right project.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required
• 5 years fabrication related work experience
