HR and Office Manager - Streamline Operations and Drive HR Excellence

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Office Manager to join our team. As the HR and Office Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimizing office administration, procedures, and human resources functions. Your expertise in HR management will be essential in ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point person for all HR matters, providing expert guidance and support.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollments, changes, and resolving any related issues.
Oversee employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and inform organizational strategies.
Streamline office operations and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services, supplies, and equipment.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels to promote intra-office collaboration and employee engagement.
Ensure proper implementation and adherence to workplace health and safety protocols.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in HR management roles, including knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong understanding of HR processes, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to streamline office operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex HR situations.
