Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective gear
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience in construction painting or remodeling projects
- Proficiency in using power tools such as sanders and sprayers
- Experience with airless paint spraying is a plus
