Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Test and Selection Cable Technician Clearance Required: Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly

Position Type: Full-Time Contract

Duration: 12 Months

Location: El Segundo CA 90245 (Onsite)

As a Test and Selection Cable Technician you will:

• Works under general supervision and may provide leadership and training to other technicians assigned to install, repair and/or testing of voice, data, and audio-visual infrastructures.
• Communicates regularly with the customers, cabling group manager and/or cabling supervisor, to stay informed of changes in work tasks and deadlines.
• Interacts with the client, contractors, and vendors on the job site.
• Creates a positive work environment on the job site at all times.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Helps maintain a safe work environment for all crew members by abiding by the Company’s commitment to provide every employee with a safe and healthy work environment.
• Updates customer prints and documentation as required.
• Completes work orders, material transfer forms, and other documentation required by the company.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Candidate must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 3 years, master’s and 4 years, bachelor’s and 6 years, associates and 8 years or HS diploma and 10 years.
• Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.
• Ability to work independently or with other cabling service technicians performing service calls, completing ads, moves and changes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products Excel, Visio, and Word
• Clearance Required: Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly.

Pay Range*:$40-$60/hr on W2.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
