As an IT Support Specialist, you will:

• The Consulting family forms part of the Business/Function Consulting track within the IT function.
• It contains positions whose primary role is to partner with business units or functional groups to clarify and communicate business requirements, assuring products and services are aligned with business needs.
• Incumbents become business or functional specialists and can be technology generalists or specialists, providing an array of services such as business process improvement, priority-setting facilitation, project definition or design, and broker IT and contract services.
• Experience requested Windows desktop support, PC deployment, general knowledge of how IT infrastructure interacts (computers, printers, network devices, wireless devices)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $ 25.00 - $27.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
