Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Management Analyst Position type: Fulltime, Contract (W2) Duration: 12 Months Location: Des Moines, IA / Charlotte,NC/ Phoenix,AZ/ Dallas,TX (Hybrid 3 days in office /2 days remote)
As a Data Management Analyst, you would:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management.
- Review and analyse complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong SQL, Teradata, Stakeholder Communications, data lineage and mapping experiences

Pay Range*: <Between $55 - $65 per hour on W2> *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
