Innova Primary Care is a Primary Care Clinic with locations in Huntsville and Madison, AL. We are growing and expanding our practice and looking for Phlebotomists to be a part of that growth! We offer full service primary care including urgent acute care same day visits, Annual Wellness Visits, Gyn care and in office procedures. We prioritize customer service for our patients to receive an excellent healthcare experience. We are open Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 5:00 PM and Saturday 9 AM - 12 PM.

Seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to serve our patient guests in the role of Phlebotomist. Primary location with will be in our Madison Office but will also be serving in our Huntsville Office as needed as well.

The job description for this role is: Warmly greet guests Perform phlebotomy/blood draws for in office labs Assist with tests run in moderately complex labHelp maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests Float between both locations- Huntsville and Madison to help assist in the labSkills: Proficient in phlebotomy and electronic medical records.. Excellent communicator with appreciation for customer service skills. Good team player. Must meet our Innova Core Values: Positive Energy, Embrace Change, Go Above and Beyond, Growth Mindset and Safe & Efficient.Must be fully COVID vaccinated. Annual Influenza vaccination required.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
