RECEPTIONIST / MARKETING COORDINATOR (Entry Level)

The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team in promoting the INNOMARK brand and generating sales opportunities. This individual will play an integral role in developing client presentations, proposals, and sales materials. He or she will also provide administrative support to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

The Receptionist / Marketing Coordinator will fulfill administrative duties and support the Marketing team in promoting the Innomark brand and generating sales opportunities. This individual will assist with PowerPoint decks, sales materials, employee event planning, and other miscellaneous Marketing requests. He or she will also be the first point of contact at Innomark’s corporate headquarters and provide administrative support to the Executive Committee.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet, welcome, and direct visitors at Innomark’s corporate headquarters.
• Answer, screen, and forward calls.
• Lead planning and execution for sales meetings, client tours, and employee events/training.
• Adapt PowerPoint presentation templates for specific sales opportunities.
• Maintain online image gallery and assist Sales Representatives with access.
• Assist with production sample photographs (both in-studio and in-store).
• Assist with daily marketing tasks, including advertising, social media, email marketing, etc. as needed.
• Work with Innomark’s Sales team to compose and distribute weekly case studies.
• Provide administrative support, such as filing, typing, scheduling, etc., to the Executive Committee as needed.
• Assist with other business-related tasks as requested.

Required Skills & Experience:

• College degree or comparable work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Well organized and self-motivated.
