Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Rental Agent. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and ensuring a smooth rental process. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and sales skills.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate rental equipment or vehicles
- Process rental agreements and collect necessary documentation
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and customer information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Rental Car or sales is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working at a front desk or in a customer service role is beneficial
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
