We are seeking a CNA, LPN or nursing student (ideally have completed first year with clinical rotations) with office admin experience. This is a wonderful opportunity for a mom looking for some flexibility in hours, or a someone in school looking for a part time flexible job . This position could include some work from home hours doing administrative duties (updating client lists, reaching out to clients, sending intakes/forms, ordering labs, helping with ehr related tasks)

Job Overview:

We are a small women owned integrative wellness company offering a number of services including functional medicine, Vitamin injections, IV therapy, weight loss, aesthetics, wellness coaching, reiki and more! Our team includes an integrative nurse practitioner, Aesthetic & IV nurse, a holistic RN /reiki practitione/wellness coach, and a family medicine MD.

Skills required and our desired match include:

• Phlebotomy experience (must be recent)
• Excellent customer service skills!
• aligns with holistic and integrative approaches
• Must have a passion for integrative health approaches
• Experience engaging in administrative tasks like Excel spreadsheets, sending intake forms, documenting in our ehr, helping with client outreach, ordering labs
• highly organized and able to carry out tasks independently from home
• Proficient in carrying out vital signs, prepping for clients, inventory, ordering etc
• Proficient in administering IM and subQ injections
• reliable transportation and valid drivers license required
• Able to be in our office 2-3 days a week (can be flexible but hours must be between 830-4 pm)
• Home computer /laptop required
• up to date CNA license in NC (If you are not licensed but plan to be soon or can renew and you meet our other requirements please still apply)
• Open to training in additional services such as body sculpting, weight loss, etc.

We are open Mon-Fri and some Saturdays

Hours would between 9-4, with some hybrid hours doing admin from home.

Most shifts in the office would be between 4-6 hours in length.

We are willing to work within our ideal Candidates schedule but will need up to 2-3 days in the office to support client flow.
