Central Station Operators

IPSC is currently seeking proactive, tech-savvy individuals to join our elite team at the 24 / 7 Central Dispatch Station.

Pay Rate : $12 / hour, paid weekly. We now have Daily Pay , where you can easily access your daily earnings on demand!

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND OVERNIGHT Shifts, Fri-Sun, at our Corporate Office in Hammond, LA.

Responsibilities :

As a Central Dispatch Operator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and response.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Maintaining punctuality and adhering to assigned shifts consistently.
• Demonstrating proficiency in essential computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email management.
• Handling inbound calls promptly, transferring them efficiently, and maintaining meticulous message records.
• Monitoring alarm signals vigilantly and promptly notifying the relevant authorities when necessary.
• Dispatching calls with precision, managing absentee notifications, and handling call-offs alongside related clerical duties.
• Exemplifying professionalism and courtesy in all interactions within our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays is a must.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possession of reliable transportation.
