inMotion Group Properties is looking for an experienced and dynamic Transaction Coordinator to work closely with our agents to ensure clients are taken care of at every step in the home-buying and selling process. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. A passion for delivering white-glove service experiences that create raving fans out of every agent and client we support will be instrumental to your success in this role!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing legal contracts and documents
• Database management
• Manage Documents via Docusign
• Opening and closing files on Broker Mint
• Creating and maintaining listings in MLS
• Data Entry
• Scheduling appointments, inspections, appraisals, etc
• Client and vendor interaction

• Proficient in MS Office or comparable programs

• Strong organizational and planning ability
• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
