YOUR OPPORTUNITY

TheCompliance Audit Specialist will help support our organization by helping our SOC 2/HITRUST and ISO certification teams in their ongoing audit activities. This requires interfacing with various employees in virtually all the company organizations to gather periodic evidence (screen shots, emails, policies) to ensure that the company is maintaining its security, data privacy and systems access controls.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage internal and external audit and compliance requests.
Drive ongoing compliance initiatives.
Interface with external auditors.
Maintain and update corporate policies and procedures.
Create and review corporate policy library.
Perform vendor risk reviews.
Respond to internal and external Data Security, Privacy and ITSec professionals.
Gathering evidence for InMoment’s SOC II and ISO 27001 Audits.

WHO YOU ARE

•Excellent knowledge of IT systems and processes
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent documentation and reporting skills
•Proven ability to grow though self-study
•Graduation from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, finance, computer information systems, or computer science
•Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a compliance-related role or IT project management role
•Ability to coordinate Risk Assessments, technical vulnerability assessments and/or external/internal audits
•Strong writing skills in order to communicate technical issues in business terms
