Office Clerk

Job Description:

The Office Clerk will be responsible for assisting the attorney with daily administrative tasks. This position will also be responsible for assisting the organization as well as providing support to our clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients
  • Retrieve and process outgoing mail and mail received
  • Open new client’s physical file
  • Scan client documents and save in cloud and physical folder
  • Work with paralegal and attorney on assigned cases
  • Communicate with clients
  • Data entry of client information
  • Completion of forms
  • Maintain office supplies and reorders

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience working in a professional office environment preferred.

Education: High School or GED required. Strong communication skills, both oral and written in Spanish and English, preferred. Candidates will be able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
