Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media platforms
• Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, creating engaging video content that showcases our services and brand.
• Collaborate with our team to brainstorm innovative social media strategies and campaigns.
• Represent the company's values and services through daily social media videos and interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
• Experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for social media and content creation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
