Job Title: Lead Residential HVAC Installer

Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

Pay Rate: Pay based on experience

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing all aspects of the install as the lead on site
• Supervising and training helper
• Install a variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Residential retrofit/change out installations
• Consulting with customer concerning questions about equipment being installed and offering solutions

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3 years of HVAC Residential Installation experience
• Lead Installation & supervisory experience desired
• EPA Universal Certification
• Ability to consult with customer
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Proficient in installing Gas Pipe
• Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe
• Proficient understanding of gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, and troubleshooting installation of all residential systems
• Able to lift and carry 50lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Certification in HVAC from a Trade School is a plus!
