GOpak is a digital production flexible packaging company supplying completed pouches and roll stock products to small and mid-sized businesses. Our primary markets include food, pet foods, pet treats, snack foods, snack bars, powdered products, beverage, nutraceutical products, cannabis, confections, coffee and tea, health & beauty, meat, cheese, dairy, fishing products and detergents. GOpak is a privately held company with over 30 years of packaging and printing experience.

Location: 206 Enterprise Road, Delafield, WI

Starting Wage: $18.00 - $22.00/hour $0.75/hour premium

Shift: Full Time 2nd - Monday -Thursday 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Typical Day in the Role:

The Machine Operator and Warehousing Assistant is responsible for tasks that include:

• Coordinates print jobs based on provided job specifications.
• Operate powered industrial equipment while supporting the movement of job materials.
• Accurately band, label, and package orders.
• Responsible for preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Makes decisions regarding quality and performance standards.
• Troubleshoots and problem-solves machine and job order issues

Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or general education degree
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Slitting and/or Warehousing experience preferred, but not required
• Powered Industrial Vehicle operation experience (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
• Detail orientated
• Computer and mathematical aptitude
• Good communication skills
