Join our team as an Inland Sales Advisor to guide our customers through the home shopping and buying process.

You’ll want to join our team if you‘d like be fully engaged in a collaborative environment within a locally owned and operated company in which we all put our minds toward creating the absolute best customer experience. We’re looking for teammates who are new to the industry. • Inexperienced? GREAT. We are seeking enthusiastic new teammates who are excited to learn from scratch. Our training program is extremely thorough and can be completed at a high level within a short period of time.

• Afraid of calling and speaking with people on the phone? If you answered “no,” then we’re on the same page. The phone is the best form of communication when not in-person, and it’s the ultimate and most immediate prospecting tool.
