Logistics CSR
As a Logistics CSR, you will be the key contact and liaison for your assigned customers. While working in a dynamic workplace, you will be part of an energetic team that serves more than 150 manufacturing firms across North America. Duties include directing the receiving and shipping activity to warehouse operations, electronic tracking of inventory transaction activity, and regular communication with customers, internal departments, and supply chain partners. Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee daily transactions; electronic or data entry, utilizing the IEDS WMS
- Assist customers in supply chain management, providing system reports and transaction activity support.
- General shipping, receiving, and transportation-related activity.
- Excellent follow-through and communication skills
- Collaborative team environment, willing to participate and get the job done
- Reliable, steady attendance, great work ethic
- Basic mathematics skill sets
- Learning new technology and software systems
Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory control processes: min. 2 years
- Comfortable with computers and technology
- Associates Degree, a plus, not required
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite. We provide training on our Warehouse Management System
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task in fast pace environment
Awesome Schedule:
- Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 1-hour lunch.
- Holidays and weekends off.
Benefits:
- $17.00 - 20.50 per hour, DOE
