Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and possess excellent leadership skills to oversee daily operations.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Handle transactions and operate POS systems
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively

-Work with manager and shop owner to maintain order & harmony amongst staff and customers.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience within the retail industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

-Weekend availability

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with stationery field
- Experience in leadership role within the retail industry
- Understanding of Lightspeed POS

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
