Join our Information Technology team as an IT Operations Specialist, where you will be a key player in supporting our workforce and technology framework. Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Operations, your duties include installation and upkeep of server and network equipment across various locations and cloud environments. You will be responsible for providing technical support, asset management and ensuring IT Systems operate efficiently, all while advancing your skills through senior mentorship.

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, and maintain computer, server, and network systems to ensure optimal
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Respond and route technical issues for the Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Monitor system performance and integrity.
• Perform a range of System Administrator duties across all IT systems.
• Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory
• Provide onboarding and offboarding support for the organization.
• Provide tier one and two support on help desk requests, and properly route those requiring escalation to appropriate teams.
• Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external IT vendors to complete projects, resolve problems and build relationships.
• Evaluate technology risks and effectively community
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance IT operations.
• Assist with designing and administering end-user training and company tools.

What Will Help You Succeed

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience, including familiarity with cloud technologies, network systems, and hardware support.
• Practical experience in Microsoft Server Operating Systems, VMware, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra.
• Proficient in SSL Certificate Management and versed in Backup & Disaster Recovery protocols.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols.
• Experience with hybrid and remote teams leveraging VPN
• A , Network or Security certification is a plus

Travel Requirements

• This hybrid position requires a presence in the office three days per week and entails travel to various local offices to support on-site activities during those days.
