Anticipated Close Date: May 31, 2024

General Duties (includes but not limited to):

  • Assemble high-tolerance components to specifications.
  • Responsible for packaging of products in cleanroom
  • Self-directed performance of job duties
  • Will organize and assist with verification and validation of assembled products.
  • Accurate labeling of all assemblies and parts
  • Verification of correct labeling of all assemblies and parts
  • Supervise and review CAPA’s related to the assembly department.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Lead orientation and training for new team members to be compliant with relevant building, ISO, and other training curriculums.
  • Use leadership to guide and direct the team towards specific goals.
  • Use planning, decision-making, and resource allocation to ensure the department is organized and meets production goals.
  • Coordinate resource requirements for future orders to ensure delivery is on time. This may include job planning and production line setup.
  • Identify and report on resource constraints, needs for automation, process improvements, or other relevant feedback.
  • Allocate personnel to ensure that the team can achieve its goals efficiently and on time
  • Focus on day-to-day operations and guiding the team towards specific goals.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, training, and support to team members.
  • Contribute and work alongside team members while also coordinating and delegating tasks.
  • Ensure that team members understand their roles, tasks, and expectations.
  • Communicate with manager to report progress and discuss challenges.
  • Handle interpersonal issues within the team, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive team dynamic.
  • Give feedback of team members and department flow to manager
  • Enforce work safety protocol, cleanliness, and relevant ISO procedures are followed throughout the department.

Physical Requirements:

  • Is expected to sit, walk, or stand for 8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally, be able to hear, and have clear and corrected vision for tasks that involve reading, writing, and working with small details.
  • Have physical agility for tasks that involve bending, kneeling, or reaching.
  • Have precise hand-eye coordination for tasks that involve handling small objects, tools, or machinery.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move 30-50 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years technical/college training or equivalent manufacturing experience required.
  • 2 years of leadership experience required.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • 3 year experience in cleanroom setting required.
  • Familiar with ISO regulated environment; highly regulated industry experience such as medical device, automotive, or aerospace is required.
  • Knowledge of databases, E-QMS, ERP, and SAP systems required.
  • Knowledge of SOP’s, Work Instructions, and ISO 13485 standards required.
  • Actively performs and understands Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Quality control inspection experience using calibrated measuring equipment required.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Skills:

  • Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to maintain healthy working relationships.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Strong time management skills and can work with multiple deadlines and commitments with little or no supervision. • Detail oriented and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to perform simple math such as addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, measuring and decimal points.
  • Leadership and initiative skills
  • Must have strong desire to promote efficiency and continual improvement processes.
  • Adequate project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem solving and strategic planning abilities.

Immediately Upon Hire

  • 401K Retirement Plan- Employees are eligible to start contributing to Injectech’s 401K retirement plan the 1st of the month after hire date. Injectech match’s contributions up 6% of employee’s salary. 100% full invested immediately. Roth and Traditional options available.
  • Health Insurance- Health insurance starts the 1st of the month after employment of 30 days. Injectech pays 100% of the employee’s portion. Employees will have the option to enroll their spouse, domestic partner, and dependents, that cost will be passed on to the employee through pre-tax payroll deductions.
  • Dental, Vision and Supplemental Insurance Plans- These plans are offered at a group discount rate to all employees and their spouse, domestic partner, and any dependents.
  • Employee Assistance Program- The EAP is available to all employees and family members. 30 Days after Hire Date
  • Sick Time- accrues 1 hour for every 30 hours you work up to 48 hours per year.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)- accrues 6.66 hours per month for maximum of 80 hours per year. At 36 months accrual rate is 8 hours per month for maximum of 96 hours a year. Accrual rates continue to increase.
  • Holiday Pay- 8 paid holidays.
  • Birthday Floating Holiday- Take your birthday off paid!
  • Voluntary Paid Time Off (VTO)- 20 hours paid to volunteer at any 501(c)(3) Nonprofit.
  • Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance- Injectech fully pays for $50,000 policy for all employees. Additional Life Insurance is offered at the employee’s expense.

6 Months After Hire Date

  • Profit Share Program- Employees are eligible for our profit share program the month following 6 full months of employment.
