What will you be doing?

  • To develop a sound understanding of the relevant product(s) Package Insert Information, REMS requirements (including audit and CAPA requirements) and dispensing site requirements to facilitate detailed discussions with medically appropriate professionals and Authorized Representatives.
  • Proactively provide REMS education and engagement with Authorized Representatives, supporting process certification in a timely manner.
  • Reactively respond to medical information requests related to REMS, product handling and initial site certification. Follow up on REMS and product handling related questions received by REMS Coordinating Center
  • To establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with authorized representatives and key staff at targeted dispensing accounts.
  • To achieve KPI and activity targets as set by the client and Inizio leadership.
  • Work closely with contracted REMS Coordinating Center Operations.
  • Partner with client field teams to ensure operational efficiencies.
  • To execute education strategies and initiatives utilizing client-approved materials and resources for both live and virtual engagements.
  • To initiate, organize and carry out REMS presentations both live and virtual at the frequency and attendance rate as set by the company which may include infrequent Saturday events.
  • To monitor and utilize all relevant literature as part of the education process.
  • To provide Regional Manager/Client Account Manager with accurate and timely data and territory insights.
  • To communicate with all relevant personnel within Inizio .
  • To adhere to all client and Inizio compliance regulations and guidance.
  • To ensure all company expenditure on territory is accurately monitored and accounted for within budget and expense submissions are completed, approved, and submitted within the agreed deadlines.
  • To represent the client and Inizio in a professional manner and in adherence with the company dress code.
  • To deal with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To maintain company property to the highest standard.
  • To adhere to the PhRMAcode of conduct without exception.
  • To possess a valid driver’s license at all times and to notify the company immediately of any endorsement or violations.

What do you need for this position?

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required, allied health focus such as pharmacy, nursing an asset.
  • 3 years pharmaceutical experience with familiarity with FDA REMS programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in training/education and/or complex account management.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including infrequent Saturdays to accommodate the needs of individual territory and dispensing site targets within assigned geography.
  • Strong understanding of site of care dynamics.
  • Since of urgency, collaboration, and teamwork mindset.
  • Solid clinical expertise with an ability to articulate and communicate complex information.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication and platform skills with a strong work ethic.
  • Determined to succeed and contribute.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Ability to travel as necessary or required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
