Job Summary:
We are seeking a Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative to join our team in our retail store. As a Retail Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Your role will involve assisting patients with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer patient inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Process patient orders, returns, and exchanges
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Answer telephone calls
- Verify insurance benefits and successfully communicate them to patient
- Resolve patient complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner with the help of management
- Data Entry into our computer system
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Professional, outstanding personality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Prior medical equipment or medical office experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Professional Spanish speaking candidate is a plus
- Strong attention to details
