Job Description:

The School Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) plays a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities within the school environment. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professionals, the School RBT implements behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the individual needs of students.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Experience working with children or adolescents with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting the needs of students with diverse learning profiles.
