Full Time Community Manager

Are you an energetic, self-motivated professional with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service? If so, INH Properties is looking for a Full-Time Community Manager to join our team in the St Cloud/Sauk Rapids area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws and Tenant/Landlord rights.
• Maintain maximum occupancy with lease renewals and new prospects.
• Maintain positive tenant relations
• Proactively manage tenant’s complaints and resolve issues.
• Manage maintenance and turnover schedules between vendors and tenants.
• Office administration duties including, maintaining accurate records of tenant information, leases, rent collection and enforcement of community policies.
• Setting appointments and conduct showings
• Past due rent collections in accordance with company processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school diploma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Detail Oriented
• Self-Motivated
• On call rotation for after hours and weekends
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required.
• On-site living preferred but not required.

Compensation:

$20-$22 per hour plus leasing bonus
