About the Role: We are seeking a talented and innovative HVAC eLearning Developer to join our Training & Development team. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of HVAC systems and is passionate about creating engaging, effective, and interactive digital learning experiences. You will be responsible for designing and developing eLearning content and courses that are both educational and practical for HVAC professionals at various stages of their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules and digital courses specifically for HVAC technicians, sales, and customer service.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the technical accuracy of training content.
• Apply instructional design theories and practice to create engaging, effective learning experiences.
• Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools to produce high-quality digital learning materials.
• Test and troubleshoot eLearning components to ensure functionality across various devices and platforms.
• Update and revise existing courses to reflect the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the HVAC industry.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs using metrics to ensure they meet learning objectives and improve performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest eLearning technology and HVAC industry trends to continuously improve content quality.
• Complete all other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in eLearning development, instructional design, or a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry or technical training.
• Strong proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and multimedia production.
• Excellent understanding of HVAC systems, operations, and maintenance.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
• Prior experience in a technical training environment.
