This position will assist on providing Quality Departmental services on any number of activities. These may include Quality audits, part identification, part inspections, developing work instructions, Excel spreadsheets, process improvements, and process controls.

• Investigate root causes of know internal quality issues and quality-related customer complaints.
• Identify, locate or inspect material as issues arise.
• Assist in troubleshooting new and existing product problems involving designs, materials, or processes.
• Prepare reports summarizing information or trends related to quality performance.
• Evaluate manufactured products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Successfully execute a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Work within a team environment. Support and execute team decisions.
• Demonstrates excellence in completion of all other duties as assigned.
