Our drivers and maintenance team are an essential part of our workforce because they connect to our residents while making sure they are safely transported to their appointments and ensuring their environment is safe. This is a job that will need to be flexible with hours. All scheduled transportations are Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

The individual we are seeking will provide safe and reliable transportation for our residents. They are responsible for ensuring that the medical and social needs of our residents are met by transporting them in our company car or bus. In addition, this person is responsible for overseeing the maintenance needs of the vehicles, and informing supervisors of the need for scheduled maintenance or repairs. This position also requires individuals to have a general knowledge of maintenance needs, since they will be utilized to help fix up apartments and other building needs during downtime between appointments.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of High School Diploma

* At least one year of experience working in Assisted Living or similar field.

* Valid Drivers License proven by providing a copy of Drivers Abstract.

* Will need to pass physical requirements, background check and drug testing.

* COVID-19 VACCINATED REQUIRED (including booster when eligible)
