We are looking for a PE, art, and dance Teaching Assistant who is deeply committed to students, has a passion for learning through cooperative play, and wants to be part of dynamic classroom teams to join us for the current school year. WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Specials Teaching Assistant at Ingenuity Prep, you will:

• Work with your co-teacher in the creation and leadership of a growth-focused PE, Art, and Dance experience
• Provide behavioral and academic support to students in grades 1-4
• Support social and emotional learning
• Collaborate with and support colleagues in the classroom and in weekly professional development opportunities.
• Provide emotional constancy and support for your students -- and your colleagues.
• Communicate and work closely with students’ families.
• Utilize Teach Like a Champion teaching techniques to ensure that routines and transitions are quick and effective.
• Receive regular, individualized coaching from IP’s instructional leadership team to grow your practice.

Salary: $20.57 - $25.69 hourly (commensurate with experience)
