The Role

In your role as Electronics Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering team by executing tasks related to PCB assembly, rework, testing, and debugging. Working closely with engineers, you’ll ensure that electronic components meet quality standards and function as intended. Your contributions will be instrumental in the successful development and deployment of electronic products.

The role involves these key responsibilities:

• Performing soldering and assembly tasks to build and modify printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to engineering specifications.
• Conducting tests to verify the functionality of electronic components and systems and troubleshooting issues to identify and resolve faults.
• Diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment at the component level, including replacing faulty components and conducting functional tests.
• Sourcing or fabricating replacement parts for electronic systems.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including test results, repair procedures, and inventory management.
• Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Working collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.

Minimum Criteria

• Must be authorized to permanently work in United States
• Hold a relevant qualification or technical certification from a reputable education organization (e.g. Bachelor of Engineering)
• All state and federally-mandated licenses
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Ability to perform a wide variety of electronics tasks
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve your skills
• Have excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Location

Our Denver office is located in Golden. We provide workplace flexibility by allowing staff to work from home for part of the week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
