- Call, woo, screen, and place healthcare professionals in travel healthcare assignments with established and new clients across the United States. Recruit them!
- Build professional relationships with travelers as their crucial career counselor and placement advisor.
- Effectively communicate assignment and benefits and negotiate employment terms with travelers to maximize the candidate experience. Get them to the job informed and happy!
- Stay close with your placed travelers, resolving on-the-job employment issues and effectively escalating as needed.
- Efficiently manage the administrative component of the job - including submitting candidates, tracking prospective and ongoing placements, updating database records, and conducting reference verifications.
$40K base uncapped commissions
