Ingenia Behavioral Health is seeking those who desire to be registered behavior therapists (RBT). We serve families in the surrounding community with children between the ages of 2-18 years old in the clinical setting. We seek individual(s) who are professional and willing to learn to implement individualized programs under the supervision of a BCBA.

Looking for paraprofessionals with experience working in a school environment with children seeking income during the summer. Flexible schedule.

• Direct clinical care with ongoing supervision. A BCBA will be present to actively assist you, provide mentorship, and provide supervision in excess of the BACB required supervision times.
• Collaborative work environment where suggestions are implemented to better the facility and services provided.
• Direct and indirect pay with clients. Whether you are with a client or there is a cancellation, we compensate for the time that you are in the clinic.
• Flexible schedule

Requirements:

• RBT certification.
• CPR certification.
• Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to collect data electronically and with paper while conducting sessions.
• Skilled in working in 1:1 setting.
• Punctual and reliable with clients and staff.
• Professional with clients and staff.
• A willingness to learn and expand.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
