We are looking for part time barista. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, a fast-learner, and smiles a lot. You should be comfortable working on your feet for several hours at a time and be able to lift up to 60 lbs. Previous cafe or restaurant experience is a plus, as well as a passion for tea and bubble tea.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Becoming knowledgeable on tapioca, bubble and artisan tea, smoothies, slushies, coffee, drink preparation and other products.

• Helping customers navigate their way through our large variety of teas and flavors.

• Supports brand consistency through delivery of exceptional customer service to all customers.

• Preparing and serving beverage and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.

• Assisting with set-up, clean-up, stock work and handling food items.

• Quickly and accurately prepare beverages that look attractive, no spills or overflowing whip cream.

• When serving as a cashier, take guest orders promptly, and convey order to fellow Team Member accurately and clearly.

• When serving as a Barista, complete orders promptly and accurately.

• Provide active sampling opportunities, when appropriate.

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables, utensils, floor (to ensure safety), and sanitation regulations are met.

Requirements.

• Be able to communicate with co-workers and/or customers.

• Have a passion for customer service and be solutions-oriented.

• Enjoy people and having fun.

• Barista/server experience in a restaurant/café preferred, but not required.

• Minimum Age 18 years old
