Infusion Health is Hiring a Provider Liaison Near Seattle, WA

Infusion For Health is a private-equity-backed healthcare provider expanding throughout California, Arizona, Washington, Colorado, Nevada, and Missouri. Infusion For Health is focused exclusively on infusion therapies for chronic conditions, such as multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, lupus, and others. We currently have 35 clinics and three more coming this year! As we expand, we are looking for talented Provider Liaisons to build our presence in key markets.

As we continue to expand, we are looking to fill a Provider Liaison Specialist (Account Manager) role. This is a full-time, hybrid position. The ideal candidate lives in Seattle metro area, as they will support clinics in the surrounding area. In addition to the hourly salary, the role is eligible to participate in a quarterly incentive plan earning up to an additional $20,000 annually.

Position Summary

The Provider Liaison Specialist (Account Manager) will manage Infusion For Health’s provider development, relationships, sales, and marketing across several clinics. The ideal candidate will have a background in the healthcare or health services industries and experience collaborating with healthcare providers. This position will work in conjunction with outside reps throughout the region. The Provider Liaison Specialist (Account Manager)will also develop and manage relationships with strategic high-volume physician practices that refer patients needing infusion treatment, offer Infusion For Health's services, and provide assistance and support to assigned physician practices and staff.

The ideal candidate will be able to establish new relationships with practices, educate physicians and their staff about Infusion For Health’s services, and support these practices in referring their patients. In addition, they will partner with Infusion For Health’s care coordinators, marketing, and care success managers to evaluate and continually improve the effectiveness of how Infusion For Health supports referring practices.

They also develop, execute, and report to management on sales development plans that include performance on key metrics, resources required to drive growth, and investments needed to improve efficiency. An outside representative position would be a potential next step following development in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Contact targeted physician practices to assess practice referral patterns, educate staff on Infusion For Health Services, and secure meetings and new patient referrals.
  • Determine top provider targets, execute activities to engage, and establish strong relationships with these providers.
  • Assist the Account Executive in managing referrals, training, and communications with physician offices.
  • Monitor ongoing performance of practices and identify ways to grow referral volume, document success, and report results to management.
  • Manage relationships with key high-volume accounts.
  • Provide feedback to Infusion For Health marketing and operational teams to continually improve patient and provider engagement.
  • Assist the Manager in community engagement and outreach programs to raise brand awareness in the local market.
  • Assess provider reports, lead development, and implementation of action plans.
  • Identify, document, and collaborate with teammates on best practices.
  • Meet and exceed quota and goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales.
  • Health industry experience preferred.
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience working with physicians.
  • Ability to develop and execute action plans for key accounts with minimal direction required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to improve patient and provider engagement continuously.
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with assigned strategic practices and keep accurate records of all activity for reporting purposes.

The hourly pay range for this role is expected to be between $25-$26.50. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
